Soup to nuts Judy made sure all the boxes got checked! Couldn’t have done it without her!

This was our second time working with Judy, she previously helped us in 2015 purchase our condo. So when it came time looking for our forever home, it was a no-brainer to work with her again! Judy helped us navigate the crazy current market and was so patient with us as we explored different locations. When we found the perfect home, she helped us make sure we submitted a strong offer that we were comfortable with. When our offer was accepted, she helped us quickly list our condo on the market and we had multiple offers after the first weekend.

Judy is very knowledgeable of the process in NJ and will guide you from start to finish. She never pushes you to make a decision. She understands that, it’s the biggest purchase in your life and a hard decision to make. We looked at so many properties with her for years but yet she made sure no matter how many we looked, the one we picked was the right one for us. She does her homework (on the house, the neighborhood, etc.) before any viewing. If something is not right, she will point it out even if you think it’s perfect, so you are well informed when you make your decision.

If you are selling, she works with you to make sure you take care of the important things of the house so you attract many buyers. In fact, I would be more comfortable buying houses where she is on the sellers’ side because I know she does her best to work with the seller to make the property at its best for the price point its being listed. This not only helps the seller to get more offers but it is also great for buyers because they are getting a house where there's no "skeletons in the closet", so to speak.
