Agent Joe Marchio was extremely helpful and reliable throughout the entire process of purchasing my home. Joe set-up numerous showings in various towns throughout Florida. Some of these showings Joe had to drive a lengthy distance ( 2 hours away). Joe was very honest and forthcoming even if it meant losing out on a sale. Even after agreeing on a purchase price with the seller Joe assisted with so many other tasks such locating inspectors, appraisers, mortgage brokers, and so much more. What impressed me the most throughout the entire process was the day of the closing Joe insisted on being at the closing. Also, prior to the closing he insisted on joining me with the walk thru inspection of the home. I have purchased other homes in the past and once the sales are completed the real estate agent moves on to other customers. Not Joe, he was there from the beginning all the way to the end. I would highly recommend him as real estate agent.

He’s a very nice person

We met Joe by chance. We were going to drive by a house that we wanted to see and he was there showing to someone else. He showed it to use later that day and it was not the right place for us, but we liked his knowledge and honesty so we decided to use his services. Fast forward to 15 houses later and we just closed on a beautiful house. I would recommend Joe if you want someone who will help you in anyway and stays in contact during the entire process.
