Working with Jessica was the best decision we could have taken. She was honestly the best. She always made sure that we were making the right decisions for our purchase and future. She never rushed us to get into contract with any house if we weren’t 100% comfortable. She was always on time to our meetings, showings and inspections. Specially with the first house we went into contract with, she made sure a plumber went into the house and took a 2nd look at certain stuff. If it wasn’t for that, we would’ve made a big mistake so we are forever grateful that she went a step further. When we decide to sell or buy another house, we already know who to work with!

Jessica worked with us to sell our house from the beginning of October 2024 thru settlement on February 27, 2025. With her tireless energy she succeeded in securing a satisfactory sales price. We experienced a glitch of a withdrawal of a contract. She facilitated the process with expediency. I did have a disagreement with her about the extent of cosmetic work. We did come to a mutually agreeable solution. Jessica is a cheerful, pleasant and attentive person with whom to work.

Jessica is an exceptionally competent real estate agent that provided valuable advise as to how to increase our home's market value, dealing with the seller's agents and working without to ameliorate a difficult situation when the first purchaser had to back out due to the massive government layoffs and to placing out house back onto the market within in a timely fashion. She also worked with me in the purchasing of a home which was pending but later withdrawn, allowing me to purchase my new home.
