John persevered diligently through 4 months it took to sell house. This was during a fast changing market during mass inflation, rising interest rates and drop in housing prices. We had to adjust accordingly and John clearly communicated our options. He
also went the extra step to facilitating maintenance needs on a empty sitting house.
We had several challenges in selling our house, one being that we live a long distance away. John bent over backwards to help us through each issue, and he went by the home frequently to check on status of yard, tenants, etc. It was also during a downturn
in the market, so it took a while to sell, but John persevered through it all. John is very professional, he helped us immensely and I highly recommend him!
