Pam Meyers is a full‑time Realtor® at NextHome Cornerstone Realty-Idaho serving Coeur d’Alene and all five counties of North Idaho. Licensed in 2018, Pam is known for her professionalism, strong communication, and her unwavering commitment to protecting her clients’ best interests.

Pam and her family relocated to Northern Idaho in 2013, moving from the city to a rural, forested property surrounded by mountains and wildlife. That move gave her firsthand insight into what it truly means to relocate to North Idaho from understanding acreage and utilities to navigating schools, neighborhoods, and the differences between rural and in‑town living. She uses that experience to guide clients who are moving to Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Rathdrum, Post Falls, Athol, Sandpoint, and the surrounding areas.

Before becoming a Realtor®, Pam spent 18 years as a flight attendant with United Airlines, where she developed exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm and organized in any situation. She later owned her own jewelry business, strengthening her customer service and attention to detail.

Pam’s faith in God is central to her life, and she attends Heart of the City Church in Coeur d’Alene. Her values of honesty, integrity, and service guide the way she works with every client.

Pam works alongside her husband, Barry Meyers, who is also a licensed Realtor® and a retired attorney with many years of legal experience. Together, they form a dynamic husband and wife real estate team whose strengths complement one another. Pam brings client care, communication, and relocation expertise, while Barry contributes analytical skill, contract knowledge, and legal insight. Their combined backgrounds allow them to provide thorough representation, strong contract oversight, and a well‑rounded approach to every transaction.
