After dealing with multiple realtors who were much talk and no walk in what seemed like a hopeless housing market, we finally came across Lloyd and Kim and they turned us long-time renters into very happy first time home owners.
(I was personally skeptical after having dealt with so many realtors, not to mention I believe we were connected with L & K through one of the major online real estate sites)
L & K were never pushy and not once wanted to sell us a home that didn’t fit our needs or worse, a home we clearly couldn’t afford.
They were patient with our needs and budget unlike other realtors we came across and not only that, but seriously went to bat for us when it came to negotiating the home they finally helped us find. And they also walked us through the entire home buying process which as first time home buyers, was so huge and helpful!

Kim helped us buy home in Coeur d' Alene Id. She knows the market here extremely well. She was there every step of the way from negotiations to inspections and repairs. She was right on top of counter offers, addendums and made sure all aspects of the
sale were complete and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand! If you are planning on purchasing a home give her a call, you will be glad you did!

We had a difficult house to sell. A beautiful high priced home 17 miles out of town on a 2.2 miles of private dirt road, with outside firewood heated boiler, well, septic and a large pond. Lloyd and Kim Foster sold it and helped us though every step of
the way. We needed the septic tested & a well test, they found the people to do it. They had the best people take videos and pictures. They always gave us more than an hours notice for a showing. When we needed papers signed they would come to us or we would
do it electronically. The first signing was in person, because they knew we would have lots of questions. Both Lloyd and Kim were very helpful and friendly through the sale, I would definitely recommend them as your NextHome agent.
