My Philosophy
I believe that a successful agent must work to provide their client with all of the information needed to make a sound decision. With that in mind, I strive to navigate my clients through all of the nuances of the Hawaii real estate market, with a focus on my clients long term goals. I have found nothing as rewarding as working with someone to find their perfect property, or perfect buyer. For some people it’s a first time home purchase. For others, buying in Hawaii is a realization of a life long goal. And for some, selling real estate in Hawaii will help earn a profit on a sale. Each client is unique and that makes each transaction unique. I’d like to put my passion to work for you.
For my personal business, my philosophy is simple; focus on providing the highest level of service possible while maintaining an ethical approach, and everything else will fall into place. I don’t have to focus on short term goals, or commissions. With this I have built and I continue to expand a strong referral base and clients for life who have worked with me multiple times.

In my free time Living on the Big Island has been more exciting and rewarding than I ever expected. My wife and I love to enjoy all that the island has to offer. We’re both athletic, and we love hiking, biking, swimming (me), running (her), and socializing! This path of athletics even led me to do something I never thought possible by being a finisher at the 2013 Ironman World Championships here in Kona. I’ve also caught the shutterbug, and love taking photos. I’ve been known to send larger prints to my buyers as a welcome to Hawaii gift!

We love to hike and bike here in Hawaii and when we vacation on the mainland.
Your favorite thing about your neighborhood?
I love how close we are to the ocean and to town! Fun is always just a minute away!

Not sure I have a hero, but Roger Staubach is probably a great example to go by.

We were interested in looking for a house in the Kona area and walked into the office and were greeted by Mike. He listened to our wants and needs and identified a few properties that would be suitable for us. We looked at several homes and Mikes knowledge
