Gracia helped us locate the house we purchased. She helped us work through a situation where we went under contract with the house we purchased while our house was under contract. However the buyers of our house backed out due to financing problems. Gracia helped us to work things out with the sellers as we worked on getting our house sold. It went down to the wire but she was great at making it all fit together.

David and Gracia were an amazing and thorough team to work with! It seemed like, even after spending just a short time together, they immediately had a thorough grasp of who we are and of our housing needs/goals.
