She is amazingly friendly, and made us feel at home before we even got there. Her willingness to help in any way possible is what makes her incredible at what she does.
I was not familiar with the Savannah area, even though I could look at houses online, I still did not know what neighborhood to look in.
I was referred to Danielle.
We spoke on the phone for approx. 2 hours. She was so easy to talk to and open up to. Never did she ask about money, or how much I was approved for or how much can I afford. She took the time to get to know me, and how I function, and the things that are important to me, not the cost of what I was looking for.
I informed Danielle that I was taking a trip to Savannah in September and wanted to see some "neighborhoods". So, she planned to show me some houses in multiple different neighborhoods so I could make a decision what area to start shopping in. For me, its a feeling when you find that ultimate home. Danielle seem to understand that.
We talked several times throughout the months and one afternoon when we talked, I informed her of the dates I was flying in. She booked me for 5 days straight. She cleared her calendar to attend to me for the short time I was there. Along the next few months, my plans excelled. I was approved for a home, and got my letter and told Danielle that instead of shopping for neighborhoods, we were now going to shop for a home! My plan was to move to Savannah area by Thanksgiving 2022.
She was so flexible for what I needed. She planned well, she booked well, she made sure I was aware at how quickly offers are being accepted, that I had to be very flexible for a spontaneous showing. I was on board. She communicated well, she explained in laymen's terms for me, she answered all my questions, she really put herself in a position to KNOW what kind of a house to show me. She nailed it. She was knowledgeable, kind, professional, informative, and made sure I fully understood what was happening. She told me what to worry about, or think about, but mostly she took all the stress off my hands, and put it on herself.
With the way Danielle took the time to get to know me, she also talked to me about making a life decision in 3 min on the houses we were looking at. She explained the market right now, how fast it was moving and shaking, and that we needed to keep up with it.
As fast as decisions I had to make, she NEVER pressured me into making one. Never. In 5 days we saw 30 houses. Each step of the way, she explained what was next, what to expect, and anything that might change or counteroffers. Out of the 30 houses bid on 5. I only got one, and it was my favorite. Each offer we would discuss what would be a strong offer. That coming in with a strong offer was needed to be considered.
I ended up getting the house of my dreams due to Danielle's patience and perseverance on my behalf. She worked hard every day. Communication was constant. She knows what she was doing, and she does it well. She knew the area extremely well, and would not shy away from telling me if things might not be a good fit. I trusted her, I put my future in her hands and she did NOT disappoint.
Once my offer was accepted, Danielle called me asap and shared the news.
That was one of my favorite phone calls from her... we laughed and verbally celebrated...
Closing was pushed out to sellers needs about 2 months later, and Danielle talked the sellers into allowing me to rent before our closing. My own sale on my house was closing quicker, and I would have been homeless.
Danielle went thought every document with me before I signed, and answered all my questions.
She would call me once a week up in Wisconsin and check in on how I was doing.
She cared about me. And I felt it.
At my closing, Danielle came back to my house to celebrate with me. She didn't have to, she could have just left to go home, however she didn't. She wanted to come to the house, meet my mom, and be there for me.
Danielle and I have built this fabulous relationship. She will work hard for her clients, she will deliver, she will fight, she will communicate, she will be real with you, she will get to know you, she will sell you the best house that fits you. I would give Danielle keys to my house, and all the codes, that is how much I trust her!
