Farrah sold our house quickly and for a good price - very professional and we are pleased with her work.
Farrah is the fairest of them all. She is a no-pressure real estate professional who has our best interests at heart. She exudes confidence and provides factual details that helped the other agent understand how our offer was reasonable. In my experience,
agents are focused on their commissions, especially how to make them higher. Farrah knows that treating her customers comes first, and commissions will come later. It is refreshing to have someone focused on our needs and not their own. She is also very funny,
easy-going, articulate, and always available. She helped us after closing, which proves we were not just a transaction for her.

Farrah was up front with me on the the reason behind the strategy she wanted to pursue selling my house. When circumstances changes, she explained what and why my strategy should change too and didn't try and pressure me into dropping the price just to
get a quicker sale. She also handled watching the home which was vacant for months for me which was much appreciated. Very professional.
Farrah acted as both our selling agent and after the sale as our agent when we became buyers . She performed excellently on both jobs. Particularly noteworthy was her patience and kindness during some frustrating times when the unique requirements and
desires of our circumstances were close to being met but narrowly missed. We would most strongly recommend Farrah to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
