"I have been in the Real Estate business since 2006, initially as a private investor and then as a licensed Realtor® in both Florida and Massachusetts since 2012. I specialize in utilizing the "proactive principal" through win-win communications and guidance to ensure transactions go as smoothly as humanly possible and also, when requested and/or necessary, preparing "property improvement plans" as well as staging properties so clients can realize the very highest profit when they decide to sell their homes. Having worked with multimillion dollar home sellers and also foreclosed properties, I LOVE it all!! Prior to Real Estate, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, was a Middle/High School Band Director in Wisconsin from 1991-2002 (but it was WAY too cold!) and then was a Massage Therapist/Educator/School Administrator in Florida since 2002, still occasionally teaching Massage Therapy continuing education classes including Oncology Massage and even Canine Massage! Both careers, as an educator and then an administrator, helped prepare me well for being a Realtor®! My friends also refer to me as a “Fairy Dogmother” because I have rescued/fostered over 50 dogs in the Sarasota/Manatee areas, am on the Board of Lost and Found Pets 941, and am also a foster mom for Tampa Bay Vizsla Rescue.
