Ed Dwyer
A Florida resident since 1990, born and raised in metro Boston, Massachusetts. Father of 2 daughters and 3 grandsons. I enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and Florida is an outdoor paradise, so I feel right at home living here full time. My interests are in never-ending learning, composing, performing, and listening to music. I play guitar as my primary instrument. I also enjoy landscape and architectural photography. I’m a foodie so I enjoy cooking, eating, wellness, and proper nutrition. Having a hearty appetite requires calorie burning so cycling, walking, and disc golf are my primary fitness routines. Since childhood I found great joy in helping people as I grew up with a lot of senior citizens around my family and in the neighborhood, so I saw the joy in their faces and smiles every time I was asked to help a neighbor or an area resident with any task or errand which led me to a passion to help people in my profession as a Licensed Realtor. I feel fortunate to love my job and profession and truly enjoy helping people navigate all aspects of residential real estate. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a seller, a seasoned investor, or have an interest in real estate investing to earn and gain equity and wealth, I welcome and invite you to share your interests and any discussions about Florida real estate with me as I like to listen first and foremost, and always talk about real estate. I’ve been a Licensed Realtor since 2003, State of Florida Notary Public Real Estate Signing Agent, active Real Estate Investor since 2008, former Mortgage Banker for 15 years, and former Sr. Residential Property Appraisal Underwriter. With my extensive housing industry experience, my knowledge and expertise will be beneficial and ultimately to your advantage in the process of buying, selling, or investing in residential real estate. My aspirations are to be a part of your team for of all of your real estate endeavors and earn your business and referrals so whether you’re a Seller, Investor, or Buyer, hire Ed Dwyer!
