Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. My Parents found a home in manatee county, and at the time it was "The Middle of Nowhere". Schools were built and I was able to attend Haile Middle School as a new school and a sixth grader. Then I was able to attend Lakewood Ranch Highschool and Graduated as one of the first classes to go all the way through in 2004. Since then the expansion and growth in our area has been exponential. Finding a better guide of the Lakewood Ranch area will be a feat in and of itself. Please allow me the pleasure of helping you in or out of our area with expertise and excellence.

Brandon followed through from our initial contact to the closing of our new home! He “truly” listens to your wants and requirements for your new home. He is not pushy and has a very friendly patient personality. He is very knowledgeable and will find out
an answer for you if he doesn’t know it.
We ended up putting a contract on our home after a quick 4 day search in Florida, which surprised us, since we were flying in to just check out the area.
He is very organized and efficient and made our home search and purchase a super pleasant experience. Brandon was always an advocate for our needs and went above and beyond for us by representing us at our inspection and closing.

Brandon Haenel is an amazing realtor and someone my family and i now call a friend. This man went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure that my somewhat complicated purchase happened. I live in California and my parents had an emergency and needed
