Pat showed me homes she found, that I found and home we found driving around using the cool phone app she has! She is beyond honest - and would tell me straight up if a house was for me or not. Since she is a home renovator her self - she knows when a flip is done well or cheaply. Her knowledge of property, neighborhoods and the current market are excellent. She takes a very personal view of every person she is working with - I felt like I was her only client. Even though I have bought and sold homes - Pat had my back and when another realtor was not above board - she kept the deal honest and true - so thankful for her!
