Jan and her husband Michael have been business partners since 1980 when they established a formal Partnership listing and selling high-end waterfront homes in southern Pinellas County. Married in 2004, their business partnership melded with their personal relationship and launched their business to a higher level. In 2006 Jan opened her real estate office with 34 agents. After an acquisition in 2009 with a local and well known franchise owner, Jan managed 70 agents and 3 offices for over six years. Now Jan and her husband own a new, vibrant and energy-packed franchise called NextHome Gulf to Bay and is located in the bustling downtown area of St Petersburg, Florida. 

Jan has developed her team of knowledgeable agents and qualified assistants. Her full service team can meet the real estate needs of anyone looking to sell or purchase a property in the Tri-County area. With almost 40 years in the real estate field, Jan has the expertise and industry knowledge to conquer any challenge or stumbling block your transaction might present.  

Life has happily surrounded Jan with five children and eight grandchildren making every day more enjoyable than the last. Combined with one rambunctious 40 pound Beagle, her volunteer work within the industry, tending her lush garden or photographing “Kodak” moments, Jan still enjoys the opportunity of developing “friendships for life” with the many people she helps in the Real Estate market.
