Bill has been a property investor for over thirty years.  He and his wife have bought, renovated, rented and sold investment real estate in South Lake Tahoe, Monterey, Sacramento and the gold-rush town of Sutter Creek, California.  Over the last few years, they have steadily exchanged California properties for vacation and long-term rental properties in the area they love and live: the beaches of Pinellas County.  Formerly a practicing CPA, Bill obtained his Florida Real Estate license so he can use his "love of the hunt" to help others achieve their dreams and goals.
