This was my first time selling a home and I had a million questions and concerns about making sure I was doing everything correctly. There were so many kind favors and so many expert decisions that made Bre stand out as not just a great realtor, but a goodhearted person. Bre knew how to handle first time sellers like us, and always knew what to say to keep our expectations realistic, but remain optimistic about the sale. Despite our particular market going through a tiny drought, and every day feeling like an eternity for the most of it, we closed within the time frame we were quoted. Even when we were about to roll over and just take whatever offer came our way, Bre was smart to arbitrate for everything that was fair to both parties, which meant not letting us settle even when we felt desperate. This is the second time Bre has helped us. After my mom passed she helped us sell her house and made the process go smoothly.
After I retired I called on her again to sell my home. I had already moved to New York State and left it in her hands. We were able to do everything online and she arrange for notaries everything that needed to be done after the inspection. What can we say about Bre Martinez? Well first of all she is very courteous and down to earth. She would email us houses and went on virtual tours since we were in Virginia at the time. She will do her best to find what you are looking for and go beyond to make sure everything is in order. Once we were able to take a trip to Florida, Bre had all the actual house tours set up and we spend the weekend viewing homes, until we found one.
Once closing was complete, Bre provided us with contractors to help make the changes we wanted. We could have not done this without her.

We started looking for our new home a couple of years ago.
