A Bit About Katie:

• Military Service: Katie served as a bomb loader on F16s in the Montana Air National Guard. She’s also the proud spouse of a retired Air Force member, giving her firsthand insight into the military lifestyle.
• Education: Katie holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Financial Planning. If you’re on a budget, she’s your go-to – she’s committed to sticking to it!
• Roots & Relocation: Born and raised in Montana, Katie has experienced various military assignments and now calls the Panhandle of Florida home.

Before Real Estate: Katie’s journey to real estate included a stint as an escrow assistant, where she gained invaluable knowledge about the Title company and the importance of title insurance. This background equips her to offer buyers and sellers insights that others might miss.
