Tracy definitely is one of the best agent in the area. She is not only knowledgable but also super patient with help client in solving all issues. Can't recommend any better agent than her.
We live in Las Vegas and Tracy was attentive to our needs and worked extremely hard to close our deal. When we flew to Florida to look at the lots she met with us and went over and beyond. She was amazing.

Tracy is an amazing person to work with .she is willing to take her time and explain things to us as we Searched for homes. She was always available when we called took a look at something, We love Her being so positive about homes and willing to go the
extra mile in finding us something. I am very fussy so it wasn't easy , but she made it seem easy..

Tracy is a amazing realtor, she did a amazing job helping us schedule home that fit our wants/needs. Made the process of buying and finding a home a easygoing and stress free as possible. She did a wonderful job with negotiating with the previous homeowners

Tracy helped us buy a 5 acre lot that we were having a hard time getting a response from the seller but a couple days later tracy called us and said she talked to the seller and they were willing to sell it to us even after I asked to bring the price down
$5,000.00 she was a pro at her job thank you so much Tracy ,if you want a property or a home Tracy is the one to make it happen.
Tracey was awesome to work with I had contacted her about a piece of property I seen online but at the time the property was not on her list and she found some info on a couple other properties but after a couple days went by she called me back and was
able to get in touch with the original property owner and she was very quick to get me a contract on the property she drove to my house within a half hour contract signed and 5,000 under list and the seller took the offer , I am very grateful to Tracy for
her prompt response she was able to help me and my wife and kids get the land we were looking for, over 5 acres in a location we really liked so what ever it is your looking for Tracy can find it , thanks again Tracy
Tracy did a great job selling our house. We had another realtor before her who was unable to sell it. Once Tracy took over I started see ads for our house all over the internet, she held open houses and sent us weekly update reports. She did a great job
negotiating our contract, she turned a low ball offer into a full price contract!

Buying a house is stressful, but Tracy made the whole process super easy and fun! She understood my needs and spent a lot of time finding me homes that complied.

Tracy was always there for me when I had questions, and she would meet me at the house over and over again just to make sure it was the one I really wanted. I enjoyed talking to her on the phone, and she was always available.
