As a New Jersey resident selling property in Florida, I anticipated that the process would be complicated and arduous. John McNeill made it simple! The property listing contained beautiful pictures of the condominium and highlighted its features. Mr. McNeill, who is an expert in property value in the Fort Myers area, priced the condo appropriately and the property sold in ten days at the price I wanted!
My biggest worry was correcting any inspection issues as I reside in New Jersey. I didn't need to worry as Mr. McNeill met the air conditioning maintenance service and actually repaired a few minor problems. The condo needed to be painted prior to the listing and Mr. McNeill recommended a painter and provided him with access to the property. The entire sale process went smoothly.
I communicated with the Title Company Mr. McNeill recommended as the title company was performing the actual closing by mail. This too went flawlessly.

John McNeill was a truly professional real estate agent. As a commercial real estate broker myself, I know what clients look for in a real estate agent. Mr. McNeill was early for our appointment and was ready to show myself and my wife a few available condo units. He did not waste our time with showing us things that did not meet our criteria nor did he show us any over-priced units. In a summary, Mr. McNeill was more than accommodating when we made an offer that was accepted and closed in 30 days. He followed up with information that we had asked for promptly. He guided us thru the contract signing. Moreover, he helped with getting an inspection thru a list of providers that was well researched. Even after the closing he helped us with turning on the utilities with the service companies including electric and cable.
