Hello! It is a privilege for me to be working with NextHomes and under the brokerage of Brianne Nodal.

   I would like to give you a little background information of myself. I grew up in a small town in East Texas after which I lived in New York and Connecticut for a combined 10 years. After becoming tired of the cold weather in the north, 10 years ago I moved down here to warm, sunny Florida.

   You may ask what is my motivation of  being a real estate agent? Well after having been involved in the community of St. John’s County for the past 10 years, both working for the County and owning my own  janitorial business, I kept noticing how much commerce Real Estate drove. Also, the financial world is somewhat of a fascination to me, and I would really like to make your money work for you instead of you having to work for your money. Purchasing property is such an important moment in one’s life, it would both be a privilege and a honor for me to be allowed to assist you on this important occasion. I truly understand how important it is to have a home to live in and not a house to sleep in. The quote "Being prepared for all circumstances is what insures victory" is so fundamental to my values. While I am new to the Real Estate world and I may not have all the answers off the top of my head, I can promise you won’t find anyone that will work harder for you than myself!
