I am so thankful that Erica was recommended to me. When I contacted her she immediately started helping me find houses. This is the first time buying a house so I had no idea what to do. When I found a house that I liked she immediately called and set up an appointment. She made an amazing offer and did everything so our offer was at the top! Because of her our offer was approved! She was always available to me and my daughter and she never got bothered by us asking questions repeatedly! She was there for us when we had some minor issues in regards to the house and offered all her assistance to us. She is an amazing person and she truly cares about the client and just wants you to be happy. She also makes it so much easier for you because everyone knows how stressfully buying a house can be.
