A little about me…
I’ve been in the Real Estate Business since January 1981 and prior to that I was in the Title Insurance and Escrow business for almost 9 years.
I’m a United State Air Force Vet and served from 1967 – 1973.
I’ve attended the University of Guam – (Not too many folks can say that now can they..?), Ventura College, Foothill and DeAnza Junior College with an emphasis on Real Estate and Business courses.
For the last 31 years I’ve worked helping Buyers and Sellers in the purchase and sale single family homes, assisted Investors in the Sales and Property Management of small to medium sized Multiple Unit Apartment Complexes and have been involved in land development to obtain entitlements and in the construction of Custom Spec Homes.

Ed did a fantastic job selling 2 rental condos I owned. He made sure the existing tenants were retained for the sale to the new investors and negotiated a great price in a fast moving market. Both properties closed successfully without any issues. All
documents and work between Ed and myself was conducted remotely as I lived hours away from the property locations.
I purchased two 4-pexes in Sacramento and owned them for 4-1/2 years. Haven Rents was brought in to manage the properties from Day 1. There were significant issues with the properties with bad tenants and even structural issues. Haven worked with me to
get out the bad tenants and get in new tenants and all through the repairs. Together, we moved rents from $850/month to $1,200/month. Finally, Ed worked with me to install new landscaping and sprinklers and help resolve trash issues in the neighborhood by
hounding the County to clean it up. After 4-1/2 years I sold both units for a significant increase over what I paid for them. Ed handled the sale and the units were sold the first day they were listed. Ed took charge of the sale and handled all the details.

Ed has provided great guidance to me during the search and purchase of my first rental property. He has been always available and has never lost focus on the fact that we wanted to rent it. He kept reminding us to remember that we are going to rent it
and not live in it. He suggested buying a duplex so that we atleast have one tenant at any time and thereby reducing our risk. He was instrumental in finding a home in a great neighborhood and keeping us calm and suggesting what was good for us. I'd recommend

ed favinger worked as a property manager for our 15 unit apt bldg. in folsom ca. he then represented us as the sellers when we made the decision to sell the units. he immediately got 8 offers, but the building needed some expensive repairs and we went
through 5 buyers before we found the one that really wanted it. ed was relentless and never showed the least bit of discouragement. he continually was enthusiastic and thinking of everything possible to put a deal together, making suggestions to buyer and
