After a long and arduous process trying to sell our home to buy a home due to work commute it is finally finished. This endeavor has been tumultuous in so many aspects. The home that we have purchased had multiple items that needed to be fixed, and the
selling agent and sellers made this process absolutely, unnecessarily, even more stressful. In fact, an escrow had to be taken out because several items till needed completing after closing. Don Marr has been absolutely terrific in identification of these
issues, constant follow ups with negligent parties and in ensuring that every step needed was monitored to protect us. We could not have found a better agent! Highly recommend Don!
2024 update: I recently completed my second transaction with Don Marr - this time as a seller - and couldn't be more pleased with Don, his knowledge of current market conditions, and his superior service. My house went into contract in less than a week

Don Marr is simply the best realtor you could hope to work with. I doubt there is anyone more knowledgeable, kind and willing to go the extra mile to get someone into their dream home. Our search was a bit tricky. We were looking to move into our forever
home but were searching from a distance, working on a timeline (and budget), and while we wanted to be out in the country we also needed certain amenities like high-speed internet. Don was endlessly patient with us, driving us all over the place on our visits
while he helped us hone in on what we were truly looking for. he could answer almost every question we came up with (e.g. about zoning, local climate and culture, unique septic systems,e tc.) and the few he couldn't, he quickly came back to us with a thorough
answer. He genuinely wanted us to love our home, feel secure in the deal and didn't let us settle, even though it might have been easier on him! Andonce we truly fell in love with a place, things got tricky on the seller's side. yet, again, Don was not deterred.
he worked so hard to make sure that the deal went through and that we were protected as the buyers every step of the way. And if you think it can't get better than all of that, you should also know that he is just the sweetest, kindest human. We feel so lucky
that we got to work with Don but even luckier that we get to call him a friend.
