Dever sold my home in 8 days. She took care of dealing with all contractors and meeting them to get any repairs done on my home. Everything was done on time and quickly. This made everything much easier on me. I work full time and would not have been able to take care of everything myself.

She had valuable input that was offered but she balanced this well by ultimately letting us form our own opinions.
