My name is Derrick Dieringer, I am a 6th generation Alaskan from Fairbanks. I attended Lathrop High School, where I competed in varsity basketball. I then attended UAF, ASU, and UNH to obtain my mechanical engineering degree with a focus on renewable energy. I used this degree to work for Tesla Motor Company for nearly 2 years before I decide to pursue my passion of commercial real estate back home in Fairbanks. With the help of NextHome, I have been able to combine all of my real estate interests and knowledge under one roof. I am happy to create new client relationships and take on a variety of projects, whether it is commercial, residential, raw land, or investment property sales, I am here to ensure an efficient transaction and a satisfied customer.
