Denver Kell
Denver Kell brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction and home remodeling, including 14 years of operating a flooring company. With a deep knowledge of homes from the ground up, Denver offers clients in Junction City, Geary County, and the greater Flint Hills region a unique advantage when buying or selling real estate.
A Kansas native, Denver was inspired early on by his family’s investment in real estate and the professionalism of the agents they worked with. After years of working in the construction industry and raising a family, he decided it was time to make real estate his next chapter. He joined NextHome Unlimited for its strong leadership, professional support, and agent-focused training.
While new to real estate sales, Denver is no stranger to client service. He enjoys educating buyers and sellers so they can make confident, informed decisions—just as he did with his flooring clients for years.
Denver is a proud graduate of Cloud County Community College, a former president of Phi Theta Kappa, and a dedicated community volunteer. He and his wife have three grown children, all Junction City High School grads. He has coached Little League and youth sports for over 15 years and brings that same mentorship and care to every client he works with.
