I needed a Realtor to sell a vacant house in Santa Rosa that belonged to my wife who passed away leaving the house in a Trust.
I met Debbie at the Trust Attorney's office and she agreed to help.
We met once at the house which was well over 100 miles away.
By the end of the first meeting at the house Debbie had already had two crews coming out, one to clean up inside and one to clean up outside. She arranged for a staging company to bring in furniture an such to give the home a warm lived in look. I think we got three offers the first week.
