Nice to meet you. I’m David Stephens, born and raised right here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. I’ve spent the last decade helping people buy and sell homes from the mountain peaks to the city streets, and working here every day gives me a real feel for the communities I serve. My style is simple: be honest, be clear, have a strategy, and communicate well. 

Negotiation and accessibility matter to me. I’ve been in more negotiations than I can count, and I’ve learned something from all of them—wins and losses.

I don’t believe in an agent you only hear from during business hours. If we’re working together and it’s late on a Friday night and you have a question, call me. When you work with me, that’s exactly who you get—me. Not a team, not a call center, not layers of assistants. Just a steady guide who cares about doing things the right way from start to finish.
