My realtor David Smith was amazing — not just because he got my house sold at asking price within two months (which he did), but because of the way he showed up through the whole process. He was honest, straightforward, and never once tried to sugarcoat anything. When offers came in, he told me the truth — which ones were solid, which ones weren’t, and why. He explained every detail so I actually understood what I was signing or agreeing to.

What meant the most to me was how much integrity he had. There were moments where other realtors were clearly being shady, not just with me, but with their own clients and he stepped in and made sure the truth came out. He even had me sign paperwork that forced another agent to disclose something they were trying to hide from her buyers. That told me everything I needed to know about his character. He protected me, but he also looked out for the people buying my home. That’s rare.

He’s the perfect mix of friendly, professional, and direct no games, no fluff, just real support and clear guidance. I never felt pressured or confused, just respected and informed.
