Danny Klotz has been my realtor on two separate occasions. The first was acquiring a land plot for building in a new subdivision in Cicero IN. The second was in selling and closing on that home 6 years later. Both situations went super smoothly thanks
to Danny. I absolutely cannot recommend him enough! He is super nice, professional, courteous, and is in constant communication every single step of the process. That is an invaluable trait when you are engaged in such a life changing situation such as building,
buying, or selling a house. No detail was left unattended, and Danny checked and re-checked every step twice. He definitely goes the extra mile for each of his clients. I truly felt cared about, and any worries that I had during the process disappeared. Many
