Daniel Trevino’s experience is vast with over 24 years in the Real Estate business. Daniel began his career at Tarbell Realtors where he worked as an agent and later became a Managing Broker of the Palm Desert Branch. In addition to his professional affiliations with REALTORâ associations. Daniel’s service to the community includes serving as a Broker Associate and Realtor, throughout the Coachella Valley and beyond. Daniel has served as a mentor and sales coach for agents in the past, drawing from his thorough knowledge of real estate and the local market. It was my first time buying a home and really didn't understand to much but Daniel walked me thru it all. He is honest and forthright gentleman that I would enthusiastically recommend to anyone! Within a month, I found my forever home.
I'd give him a million gold stars if I could. Daniel showed early on that he truly cares about his clients. It took us making offers on two properties before we found the right one. (the other two fell out of escrow because on the first, the sellers agents
were unethical and told the sellers lies about us and didn't want to work with us because we were using a VA loan and would not negotiate on price; the second fell through because the home inspector found 23 pages of problems and the seller refused to fix
any of them nor lower the price so that we could.) On the third house, which we purchased, Daniel negotiated the best deal we could have hoped for. Through all the changes and irritations, Daniel never lost his sense of humor, was always our patient and kind
advocate, and we now consider him to be part of our family. If you want the best darn realtor in the Palm Springs area, choose Daniel because he will get you the best results in your home buying experience. Your happiness is his only goal because he knows

Daniel helped us find the right house! He directed us to the communities that would give us the features we wanted and was there through the whole process! It got a little rough towards closing but he was there all the way to get all the loose ends wrapped

Daniel Trevino is a very good realtor. He listed our home, had a photo/video person come in and did a terrific presentation of our home. He kept us up to date on what was going on with the open house showings and the eventual sale of the home. Because
we had moved out of state any problems that came up with the home inspection he had someone take care of the problem. Once the house sold he would email us any documents we needed to sign. We can highly recommend Daniel as a realtor, neighbor & friend. He
