Danica must be the hardest working realtor in Central PA. We listed our home with Danica on a Tuesday and it was under contract 1 day later! I credit Danica's knowledge of the market and knowing how to sell and market homes. Once we were under contract,

Danica was always professional yet she made you feel like you were receiving personal attention. The information we received from her was always accurate and timely. The process of building a home is sometimes bumpy but Danica was an invaluable advocate
throughout the process. Without Danica being involved in this process we probably would not have decided to proceed with our plans to build. She is extremely knowledgeable, and we always felt we were being given the best guidance to make important decisions.

My husband and I were so happy we worked with Danica in purchasing our new home. Every step of the process was pretty much stress free and seamless. It was the best experience. I pretty much had tunnel vision on the house we picked out, because I was constantly
searching and comparing homes online. Danica was able to work around our work schedules, to show us the home on a Sunday, that also allowed my teenage son to see it as well. She was very accessible via text, phone, and email to answer any of our questions
