A Milton girl and graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, ErinAnn ("Erin") grew up immersed in the world of real estate, learning the business firsthand from her mother, Nora Martin. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Before returning to Delaware and launching her real estate career, Erin lived in Massachusetts and the Washington, DC metro area, where she built a background in sports marketing, event planning, sales, public relations, and strategic communications.
Today, Erin is an Associate Broker and co-owner of NextHome Tomorrow Realty in Lewes, alongside her husband, Craig, and her mother, Nora. Known professionally by both Erin and ErinAnn (as well as Martin and Beebe) she combines her marketing expertise, negotiation skills, and love of the local area to deliver exceptional service to her clients.Outside of real estate, Erin enjoys beach days, yoga, paddleboarding, dancing, gardening, rearing butterflies, and attracting hummingbirds to her garden.

Erin is an absolute delight to work with. She took care of everything!!! The network of people that she has built up to help through all details needed and work to be completed is exceptional. As a seller, I did not have to try and hunt down a bunch of
contractors and companies needed to complete work. Erin had multiple contacts that were more than willing to get the work done in the time needed. My stress level was much lower than it would have been if I were the one doing it all. Erin is magnificent, and
every contractor and connection I've had with the people she works with was wonderful!

ErinAnn did an amazing job of selling our home. She walked us through the entire process and gave us the grace of time as we made decisions. We owned a 120 year old home in a market that new homes are more common then old and not everyone understands or
appreciates what can come with an old home. Erin did. She helped us to highlight features of the house that she thought added charm and character and helped us to ensure that we listed the things that needed to be addressed, so that there were not any surprises.
We wanted to sell, but we were not in a "rush" as we have an immunocompromised child and we needed to be able to ensure that when we sold we were able to do so in a very safe manner. We did not need to as her what the protocols would be related to hand sanitizing and COVID protocols, as she already had a plan that was presented to us. Again, we were in a unique situation as we wanted to make sure the house sold, but we needed to do so in a way to keep our kiddo safe. Erin helped us to stage the house, recommended things such as a pre-inspection and helped to coordinate the few repairs that we agreed to do. ErinAnn went above and beyond when our house had a teneable offer the weekend it was listed by helping us to connect with someone with a house for rent, who was willing to rent to us for a short time frame. I highly recommend working with ErinAnn and her team to ensure that your house gets sold to the right buyer.

Erin was great to work with. My brother and I were selling my parent’s home in Delaware. I live out of state, and she made the process easy. This was the first house I’ve sold, and a she was quick to answer questions. Most (if not all) paperwork was digital
so I could sign electronically and not have to constantly send documents through the mail. Highly recommend her.
