Craig Beebe’s family are multi-generation Sussex County residents. Craig was born in Wilmington, Delaware while his Dad finished his residency in family medicine. They moved back full-time when Craig was three and his Dad opened his first practice on Savannah Road in Lewes. Craig graduated from Cape Henlopen High School and later the University of Delaware with degrees in Accounting and Political Science.

He started his public accounting career in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. metro and traveled across the United States to serve his clients. Craig’s career has always blended finance and IT. After public Craig served private companies as a controller and the head of an internal audit group. Craig’s client history includes real estate developers, transportation companies, logistics companies, governments, and retail customers.

In addition to a Delaware real estate license; Craig Beebe holds active certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Craig owns NextHome Tomorrow Realty with his wife ErinAnn Beebe. He also owns an IT and business consulting company, Delmarva CFO. When Craig isn’t working he likes to spend time with his wife ErinAnn, fish, read, or share a meal with close friends. You can also find him in his garden or taking things apart to see how they work.
