The Lott Family established Lott Bros. in North Palm Beach in 1962 after my Grandfather Archie’s passing on Long Island New York a few years prior. My Uncle George has tirelessly served the North Palm Beach Community for over 60 Years. Sadly, he is selling the business and Marina, soon to retire. I am so proud to be continuing the “Lott Legacy” for exceptional customer service, and a friendly familiar face to work with! I am always ready for a Fishing trip!

and didn't finish the work properly. Although the home was closed and he had no obligation to contact a company that had only communicated with the seller's agent all along, Corey worked diligently to ensure we were not charged by this company to fix a mess
they left behind while working for the seller.

Highly recommend NextHome Lott Premier Realty. Corey Lott was recommended by our mortgage broker, and from our first conversation, I knew I wanted Corey & his team to represent my family as the buyer’s agent. We had a budget that we needed to stick to,
and I was skeptical whether we would find a quality home for the price in this crazy market. Corey helped not only with custom MLS searches & many viewings, but also by comparing various cost per square foot scenarios with other sales/listings in the target
area. After our offer was accepted, we only had a week to complete the buyer’s home inspections, and his many references saved us a ton of time researching for service providers. We were able to get them all completed in time, and all of the inspectors were

We have been working with Corey for the past year. In August of 2020 he helped us find a rental home when we first moved here from Virginia. While in our rental we began looking at resale and new build homes. Corey provided great insight into the areas

We interviewed many realtors and we were very impressed with Corey's professionalism and presentation. He listened to our concerns and comments that we had with the selling of our house. We had moved out of the house and needed photos of some of the empty
rooms to be "virtually" staged, which he agreed with and accomplished. He hired an aerial "drone" photographer to take photos of the house and the surrounding area. He even helped with an item for us that we will unable to take care of at that time. The house
was on the market for two days when we received an offer. He was present for the house inspection and followed up with the financing appraisal. He was also present for the final walk-thru the night before closing. He was continuously working making sure everything
was progressing smoothly and on schedule from the signing of the listing agreement to the closing day. Excellent realtor.

approached him with concerns about trash bags we had left out by the curb for the trash truck to pick up. They had not picked up the trash bags and the buyer did not want them there (keep in mind everything was done signed, sealed and delivered as they say)

own home then do yourself a favor and have Corey take care of you. We were in talks with many realtor and only Corey actually approached us as if we were family. He goes the extra mile and is always at your disposal. ( I doubt anyone has a quick response time
