Chris was a wonderful Agent. He really worked hard to get our house sold. We went through one disappointment thinking we had it sold. But, due to reasons not under either one of our control it didn't go through.
We learned from that and made some changes to the house and put it back on the mortgage, a few weeks after the listing we got a full offer. Yahoo!!
Chris kept us up (we were living in a different state} on everything and finally closing.

My wife and I were quite pleased with the process from to start to the finish. Communication is the key to most successful outcomes. Over the years my wife and I have had a few realators that did not always respond to messages of concern, or simple questions we had. Although everyone cannot always respond immediately to text messages they receive, it is important to get back with clients usually within a 24-hour window. Chris was very helpful. I was looking at houses for a few months on Zillow before deciding to meet with a Realty Professional. I called Chris and had 5 houses picked out to look at. None of them were what I really wanted so Chris showed me a few he had on his list, and I ended up making an offer on the house three days after meeting with Chris. I closed a few weeks later.

Chris is amazing! My husband and I were first time buyers and were looking for something very specific. He was able to find us exactly what we wanted quickly.
