I honestly can’t say enough on how great it was to work with Cherrie and Zach. We had a horrible experience with a local realtor and when I got referred to Cherrie I was in need of someone to be able to come in quick and get it done while also presenting her with an abnormal request from the previous realtor. She took us and that request on without hesitation and sold our house 15K over ask in the first week, and when that buyer had an emergency she sold our place again for the same amount over ask again the next week. She navigated us through a very unique escrow experience and we ultimately closed and she got it done and we finally moved! Zach was extremely helpful in my endeavor to buy my first home. As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions and there was a lot I did not know about the process, and he explained everything and was always very open and responsive to working with me. It felt like a team effort, which was great, because the process can be a lot when you're new to it. I was really impressed by his responsiveness and availability/flexibility. Just as an example - I contacted him about a property I wanted to see on a Thursday night and that Sunday he was already going to two open-houses with me. I had never worked with him before. Even though I had multiple recommendations for a realtor to represent us, I also researched others and saw Next Home's top rating so I was compelled to meet with them. While my other options where strong, Next Home's offered many things the other's didn't including a clear full plan to prep our house for sale- significantly stronger than the competition. Our experience with Kelly was great. She's very easy to work with, professional, funny and pretty cool in general. What can I say about Zach. It's hard to summarize in this box what he's done for me.
