I never owned or wanted to own a house but when my Sister passed away recently she left everything to me including her home with a morgage to deal with.

This was such a learning experience and my sisters neighbor recomended Chelsea Fantl and when it was time, I interviewed her and found that she had fantastic people skills, was not a rush to judgement realtor, she took her time explaining everything to me (I mean everything since I knew nothing about a home sale) and encouraged me to take understand many options she put before me to make a decision..
...Later when it was time to list it I told her my opinion on how much to sell for and she explained why I was asking too little and she gave me choices and reasons why each number meant something to the sale and also to a buyer.

I listened, took notes and in the end she handled everything masterfully including making sure the Morgage was paid off from the sale of house. Within a few 'days' the house was sold.

There is no way I could have been more pleased throughout this entire ordeal.
