Jennifer Thomas is a dedicated Colorado real estate professional known for her strong work

proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Delta and the surrounding Western Slope
communities.

As a full-time REALTOR®, Jennifer combines market expertise, local knowledge with

helping a first-time buyer, marketing a property for top value, or negotiating the best possible

Jennifer’s love for real estate grew from years of personally buying, renovating, and selling
homes. She and her husband have owned several mountain cabins in Arrowhead in Cimarron and
continue to maintain property there today, giving her valuable firsthand experience with second
homes and vacation properties.

Deeply rooted in the community and western lifestyle, Jennifer serves on the Delta Area
Chamber of Commerce Board and stays actively involved in many local organizations. She
also believes in giving back and regularly reinvests in the community through several local
sponsorships and events. Her dedication to clients and the industry has earned her multiple
honors, including the Delta County Women in Business Award, consecutive Best of Delta
County awards, and several Top Agent recognitions.

As a local resident, Jennifer understands the lifestyle, outdoor opportunities, and unique
character that make Western Colorado such a special place to live. Her passion for the area—and

When she’s not working with clients, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors, riding ATVs and
snowmobiles, and enjoying the Colorado lifestyle with her husband and their animals.
