About Eric

Eric relies on his many years of experience working in premier golf communities as both a Broker and General Manager to assist his clients in finding their dream home or perfect investment opportunity. 

In 2009, Eric moved to Montrose with his wife, Beth, to oversee The Bridges Golf and Country Club and manage the on-site real estate brokerage. Over the past decade, he has played a key role in closing numerous properties within The Bridges and the BBC Clubhouse Villas.

A Western Colorado native, Eric grew up in Delta and attended Mesa College, maintaining strong ties to the region throughout his career. He takes great pride in serving the people of Montrose and the surrounding areas.
