Lori Ann Erb is a native of the Grand Valley and attended schools from Fruita to Grand Junction; graduating from Grand Junction High School (Go Tigers!). Lori Ann left the Valley in 1986 and returned in 2007. It has been a blessing for her to come home and be surrounded by her family & lifelong friends. Lori Ann received her Realtor License in the Fall of 2016 and earned her Global Luxury Certification in the spring of 2022.

With her love of Real Estate and for serving people, she saw that it was a great opportunity to meet new people. Grand Junction has always been a big piece of her heart and she’s ready to help you with all of your Real Estate needs!

Lori Ann and her husband Rocky, have 3 children, 10 beautiful grandchildren, and 3 furry friends. When not in the office, you can find her enjoying boating at Lake Powell, riding with her husband on their Harley through the beautiful valley, hosting BBQ’s & entertaining family & friends.
