I’ve built my real estate career on a foundation of strategy, marketing, and results. I began in new home construction sales and went on to serve as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a leading homebuilder—experience that continues to shape how I position and sell homes today.

As a marketing specialist and Realtor, I focus on helping sellers maximize value through thoughtful pricing, strong presentation, and targeted exposure. I don’t just list homes—I develop a strategy for each property to ensure it stands out and performs in today’s competitive market. My background gives me a unique edge in understanding buyer behavior and translating that into successful outcomes for my clients.

I’m a San Luis Obispo County native, born and raised, with deep roots and strong ties to the community. My husband and business partner, Jeff Gibbs, is a managing broker, and together we lead the Gibbs Real Estate Team. Our partnership allows us to offer a high level of service, combining market expertise, strong negotiation, and a seamless client experience.

We’ve raised three children here, and being part of this community is incredibly important to us—both personally and professionally. Whether I’m representing a seller, advising a buyer, or working with an investor, my goal is always the same: to provide clear guidance, strong advocacy, and results you can trust.
