Marisa Kempt is a Central Coast native with a passion for people, community, and creating real connections. With 10 years in the industry and a background supporting a top-producing real estate office, she brings both experience and a behind-the-scenes understanding of what it takes to get deals done.

Marisa’s journey to homeownership isn’t your typical buyer’s journey. At the time, a single dog-mom of two and tired of dealing with rental agencies and landlords, Marisa decided it was time to buy a home and plant her roots. She didn’t have a million dollars or a dual income to lean on—but she put her license to use and found a way to make it happen.

Her only regret? Not doing it sooner.

“People think they can’t do it. But really, they just don’t know all of their options… I had so many lifelines that helped me get my own home. And having that stability, not having to worry about rent going up or asking for permission to customize my own space, was really liberating for me.”

Today, Marisa uses her sunshine- packed attitude and love for critical  thinking to help others do the same. And her infectious enthusiasm doesn’t stop there. True to her Homes-For-All tagline— Marisa is deeply passionate about volunteering in her community and helping her furry friends find their forever homes, too.
