Jason is a Central Coast Real Estate professional with deep roots in San Luis Obispo County and a passion for helping clients build wealth through real estate. Originally from Ventura, Jason moved to the Central Coast in 2006 to attend Cal Poly and quickly fell in love with the community, lifestyle, and long-term opportunity the area offers.
Before launching his real estate career, Jason spent years in the hospitality industry, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and client service. He also served as a General Manager in downtown San Luis Obispo for years, an experience that sharpened his ability to lead under pressure, solve problems quickly, and deliver a high level of service; all of which continue to shape the way he works with clients today.
Real estate has always been part of Jason’s life. Growing up around family investments in single-family, flips and multifamily properties gave him an early understanding of the long-term value and generational impact real estate can create. That perspective continues to drive his business and his commitment to helping clients make smart, confident real estate decisions.
Jason began his real estate career with in 2020 and he has remained committed to growing his business through strong relationships, market knowledge, and a service-first approach.
Outside of real estate, Jason is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs. When he’s not working with clients, there’s a good chance you’ll find him out on the golf course.
