Adam Ipatzi
Adam Ipatzi is a native Californian, born and raised in Ventura County, with more than 20 years of experience representing sellers of ranches, agricultural land, estates, and residential properties. His lifelong connection to the region gives him a practical understanding of local markets, land values, zoning considerations, and community dynamics that out-of-area agents simply cannot replicate.
Adam’s work ethic was shaped early in his family’s agricultural business. Raised on a flower ranch in Moorpark, he worked alongside his five brothers and one sister as first-generation farmers, helping supply farmers markets throughout Southern California for over 50 years, including weekly sales at the Oxnard – Beverly Hills, North Hollywood Farmers Market & beyond. That upbringing instilled discipline, accountability, and a deep respect for land stewardship.
He approaches real estate the same way farming is approached — as a labor of love requiring patience, consistency, strategic timing, and long-term thinking. Adam understands that ranches and homes are not just properties; they represent livelihood, legacy, and years of hard work.
A graduate of Channel Islands High School and Ventura College, Adam offers clients firsthand knowledge of local schools, neighborhoods, and community life. He provides insight into school programs, local amenities, and the character of Ventura County’s coastal and agricultural communities.
Adam works alongside his wife, Emily Ipatzi, a licensed Realtor. Together, known as #SoldMates, they provide a responsive, two-agent approach focused on clear communication and seller protection.
His philosophy is simple: The Fish! Philosophy- a workplace culture framework inspired by Seattle’s Pike Fish Market, designed to boost morale, engagement and customer service. – Award Recipient-2011
