Troy has a wealth of professional experience and information that he provides to our agents, clients and the community.  He studied real estate finance at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, has ran multi-million dollar companies, including a current quickly growing company, flipped homes, and built a small development of modular homes using his CA Modular home dealer license.  He holds several CA general Contractors licenses, builds swimming pools and Natural pools ( see links below )
