Our house burned down in the Thomas Fire. To the ground. Incinerated. It took us years to come to terms with the loss and the realization that we were not going back. Beautiful property. Also very private and somewhat isolated. We turned Jeri loose with
it. She is a retired real estate attorney. Every t was crossed and every i dotted. We were not bothered with unnecessary information about issues over which we had no control. And on burned property there are issues. There was a form for every issue. Property
sold within 6 weeks. Recommend her highly. It was a calm, reasonable process in an emotionally charged situation (for us). It was the right choice for us to sell the property and Jeri was the right choice to do do it.

Jeri has wonderfully guided my wife and I through the process of purchasing our first home almost exactly a year to the day from moving to California from Europe. Our situation was far from standard yet somehow, largely thanks to Jeri, our purchase went
down without a hitch.

We never actually contacted any agents but snooped around a few properties here and there.
We finally decided to get serious and look at a few listings. Jeri was the referral agent on the property and we had heard her name before.
We set up a visit to a property in the upper valley and met Jeri there.
We met her and immediately liked her.
She sensed that the property we were looking at was not for us and offered some other listings to look at.
We looked at a few that day and went crazy for one particular property.
Unfortunately for us Mary and I waited too long to make our offer and by the time we made our offer the property was under contract. Jeri suggested we make back up offer. We submitted offer got accepted and waited.
We looked at several other properties. Jeri was very good at giving us a lot of information on everything we looked. We asked to see one property that was way out of our price range! We saw it and thankfully Jeri talked us off the ledge before we jumped!

Jeri was tasked with a challenging escrow from us buyers. Financing took longer than expected, the agreed upon close date was extended another 10 days and funding was completed on the very last day. I was very pleased with Jeri's demeanor and willingness
to work through all the hardship. Not to go unnoticed, she navigated a multiple offer situation well enough to land us the house with all of the appliances/fixtures we desired. We are very grateful for her service and would recommend her a thousand times over.

Jeri exceeds every expectation I had and calmed my nerves during such an exciting and nerve-wracking time! I thought that the possibility of owning my own home in California on a single income would be impossible, and Jeri proved me wrong. She was so supportive
and knowledgeable, all while being sensitive to my situation. It had taken me years to get to a place financially where I was ready to make a significant life change from my current living situation. Jeri encouraged me and supported me when there were second
thoughts and hiccups in the process. Many unfamiliar terms and paperwork can be overwhelming, and buying a home can be trying and emotionally draining. Still, Jeri was patient and explained everything along the way. Jeri stayed in communication with me even
when the lending office closed unexpectedly (due to COVID) and failed to contact me. She reassured me that “I was the star of the show” and not to be discouraged. Although I do not plan to move anytime soon, I would HIGHLY recommend Jeri for any real estate

Jeri is the best thing that happened to me and my family after my mother passed away. She handled our probate as our attorney and it was seamless. She was also our real estate agent representing me in the sale of my mother's home. As I live in Connecticut
and the home sale was in Oxnard, California....logistics proved challenging. Jeri was very positively communicative and helpful. When I was unable to meet at the house she physically represented me and worked to make a difficult time a bit easier.
