Hello, I am the founder and Broker of NextHome Utica Properties. My real estate career began in 2008 as a licensed sales agent for an independent brokerage here in Calaveras County. That brokerage was bought by a National Franchise in 2014 and in January of 2016, I earned my Broker License. I got to work opening my Brokerage and opened the doors in March 2016. I am a full time real estate broker working with clients, with 5 licensed agents working under my brokerage, a full-time transaction coordinator, and a full-time marketing manager.
Real estate takes patience, understanding, and good communication. I have built a solid reputation, and an extensive knowledge of our real estate market representing more than 300 buyers and sellers personally and brokering more than 440 real estate transactions. I love building a great rapport with my clients and am committed to professionalism and providing excellent personal service. Tammy answers her cell phone during off hours. That says everything to me. She was "Johnny on the spot" whenever we had a question. Plus she is nice to deal with. I will be using Tammy's recommendations for a builder and architect because I trust her judgement.

She is my mother so obviously I had to use her as my realtor. That being said she I couldn’t be happier with her services. While we were looking for a place she didn’t bombard me with places that were either out of my budget or just not what I was looking
for. And once we opened escrow she helped make the process very easy especially for a first time buyer.

I can't say enough great things about working with Tammy Dillashaw. We worked briefly with Tammy in 2015 when we had to move from our rental. The owners were selling their property. Due to time constraints we ended up in another rental.
When it came time to house hunt again, we didn't hesitate to call Tammy. We knew she was the person who would help us find our forever home. Tammy was sooooooo easy to work with and accommodated our off work schedules to show us homes. She worked tirelessly to find us a home and we looked at a lot of homes!!!! If the house wasn't "the one", Tammy reassured us that our house was out there.........and she was right. We recently purchased the house of our dreams and we couldn't have done it without Tammy. Tammy was with us every step of the way as we went through the buying process. I would highly recommend Tammy (I refer to her as the best realtor in Calveras County). Throughout this process, I feel I not only found our dream home, but I made a personal connection and a friend.
