My Mother and I asked Michaela to help us sell my Mother’s house in Sacramento. We told her we were in Texas, and couldn’t be there in-person to handle all the requirements of the sale. She agreed to help us. Neither my Mom, E. Irene Hensley, or myself

She explained what would happen at every step of the way, and what I could expect from her and from the other people involved who were fulfilling their parts of the job. She took care of pest control people, roofing people, and inspections, so we didn’t have to. She answered general questions and specific questions we had during the process. She responded to our questions right away, and kept us in the loop with all steps of the process.
It seems to us that the house sale was a very efficient and smooth process, and when it was finalized and Michaela called with the news she was as happy and excited for us as we were.
